I used to blog regularly. 40 site redesigns, 20,000 articles, 40,000 unique daily visitors, and a bit of discussion. But that was a long time ago. Remember the days when MySpace ruled the web and Tom Anderson was everyone’s friend? Yeah, that long ago.
A lot has changed in the last 10+ years. In the world, in our communities, in technology, in my life. I’d like to think I’ve matured (my wife might have a different opinion on that) and learned a bit along the way. I’ve collected experiences to share, memories to relive, and knowledge to churn into guidance.
This is a new era of my blog. This time around, instead of posting “daily quotes” and common inspirational blurbs that have been re-used or over-used and have no depth, I will endeavor to share my passion, knowledge, and experience in clear and candid ways. Also, I’ll occasionally review what I’m studying or learning in the moment.
I’ll talk technology, business, and how defining and driving quality results isn’t just during a post-production test phase.
I’ll talk God, people, and how genuinely connecting in relationship brings far greater fulfillment than mere communication.
I’ll talk, but may I not forget to pause, breathe, and listen.
Then, this might actually be something worth reading…
